Have been using Flex Shopper for years great company to work with. The only company that will ship to Alaska for big item's like couches and appliances have every credit card you can think of like overstock card. Tried purchasing couch through overstock with my credit card with overstock they wouldn't ship to Alaska? Call up Flex Shopper got same couch overstock.com wouldn't ship me but Flex Shoppers got couch from overstock.com i wanted and shipped to Alaska. Based on my experience I give this 4 stars. I would give 5 but the website closes on me repeatedly when I am typing in info abt the items I want to order. The customer service is top notch, especially had an awesome experience with Antoinette Bryant, a customer service specialist who went above and beyond to ease my mind abt a order I placed a few weeks ago but have not yet received. Thanks to you all at flexshopper.

I love Flexshopper I have been a customer for almost a year and have bought out 3 leases by now, also have used personal Shopper twice and I just love it. Customer service is 5 stars I just needed some help with my account and Carlos P is the perfect example of what Flexshopper is he was courteous, expedient and you could feel how he cared about my needs. I just can not recommend enough Flexshopper!

2020 has been a difficult year for many, and I'm one that has been affected in so many ways. My mother almost died In August, and has been hospitalized twice within a two month period. Benefits include rebuilding credit, use of the product and ability to return products if you decide your financial situation has changed. I am disabled and Cynthia always is there to help me navigate payments or fix it if there's an issue. Given my work went all online due to Covid, the computer I purchased from Flexshopper not only saved my job, but helped me to rebuild credit, all at the same time.
