I had a great experience with flex shopper. Had not even heard of the company before. Went to get 2 new tires on my car. The tire company said I needed 4. They mentioned flex shopper. I left with brand new tires on my car. Auto debits to my account weekly which was fine with me and 90 days early payment option of total amount. My experience with Flexshopper has been good. Great Customer Services, " Cynthia R. helped me out tremendously when I felt like I wasn't gonna be able to work things out. She was pleasant and understanding. I really appreciate when people in customer service care about their jobs and talk to customers with respect and try to help rather than making customers feel like they are not trying and make them even more upset. While I like the idea of the company, and appreciate the opportunity that it may give some of us with less than perfect credit, it has proven to be a major pain in the rear. Poor service and response, on hold for over an hour multiple times trying to resolve issues, employees that don't seem to understand what's going on (though their attitude about it has been terrific so that's a huge plus) payments not processing when they are supposed to, etc. After 2 weeks of back and forth with different people (who I do feel tried the... read more

If it were not for the tireless work of Alejandro C., I wouldn't be happy. Purchased a mattress and US Mattress (their vendor) has been super slow. Alejandro was professional, kind, courteous and understanding of my need for this item as I am currently undergoing chemotherapy for stage 3 breast cancer. I hope everyone who needs help with anything at FlexShopper gets to work with Alejandro C.. He deserves special recognition!

Victoria was simply AMAZING!! What a great personality, awsome and exceptionally welcoming. Knows her position and the way around her computer system so well. Victoria knew what I was gonna ask and request, before I even asked it. We had such an inspiring talk, besides the account activity I had called in about. It was simply an honor dealing with her.
