Flexshopper was very in getting my performance shocks quickly for my 1992 BMW 535i. Each time I talked to a customer service representative it was professional and pleasant. Recently I talked to Temy Julien and she resolved an issue for me very expediently. She was very knowledgeable and patient in resolving my problem. Kya Strickland-one of THE BEST customer service reps I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with...on the phone with me for nearly 2 hours on a very complicated payoff issue-patient, personal but professional at the same time (not an easy thing to master), and so helpful.
