Ones again carlos from Flexshopper was able to help me with my account. He was able to fix and save me hundreds of dollars on my account also helped me set up my payments. Carlos is great with customer, very friendly, and knows his stuff. Carlos deserves a promotion and a contract to stay with the company for many years. Carlos P. Is an outstanding employee who really goes the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction!! My rent was due and my remaining balance had just the right amount to pay it off however due to lack of communication I got charged my remaining balance and couldn't afford it but luckily carlos responded swiftly and was able to get me out of an emergency situation!! Its employees like these that keep me coming back to flexshopper!
I Appreciate your customer Service Billing Rep Temey .......during this time of people losing their loved ones and their jobs...after speaking with her it aliviated the stress I had concerning my bill payment and making arrangements to pay my bill. She was very helpful

After some confusion, I called the customer service number & had the pleasure of speaking with Porshea. Through my obvious confusion, she was very patient with me, polite, & remained willing to be help. I think my favorite part of flexshopper is their customer service and Porshea was a delightful example of that.
Gary in billing is nothing short of amazing! I called and was hung up on by a very rude woman wish I had caught her name. I called back super frustrated because of all that is going on and being hung up on. This time I spoke with Gary who was extremely polite, kind, professional! Gary went out of his way to help me and even made me relax! He is without a doubt a serious asset to your company, whatever you pay him, it is definitely not enough!
Always helpful and great to work with. Been a customer for years and plan on making many more purchases!!
