I had purchased tires at Mavis Discount Tire and was offered their FlexTires promotion through Flex Shopper to pay off my tires in weekly installments. It eased the burden of such a large financial cost, of which I wouldn't have been able to afford had the option not been provided. When I called the company to inquire about my balance, I was able to afford a lump sum final payment, but unfortunately had lost my debit card at the time and was waiting for a new one in the mail. The representative name Cynthia that I was dealing with was fantastic. She was very understanding with my reason for falling behind on my payments due to being sick and worked with me while I got back on track. She made sure everytime I paid to keep me abreast on my balance. She even restored my credit line. Thank you Cynthia for all your help and understanding.

Flexshopper was a great option for me! While furthering my college career I needed to buy a new laptop. The entire process from obtaining credit to making my early payoff was easy and convenient. I called the customer service line to make my payoff and was helped by Carlos P. He was very knowledgeable about his job and made me feel appreciated. I will definitely make future purchases!
