I was having some issues with a purchase due to vendor supply and had been waiting 3 weeks for a TV. I spoke with representative Edric and he not only seemed real and understanding, but went above and beyond to change the vendor so I could pick it up local the same day! Thank you Edric for ensuring I get to watch the playoffs on a good TV!!!!

I have to say that it's not common for an employee to go above and beyond. i believe they do their jobs and get through the day but this young lady was so kind and understanding, and more important empathetic to my cause that she went above and beyond do extend that empathy to the other department of approval, Empathy is not a common virtue in customer service due to the volume of issues and calls but I have to say thank you very much to you and your team for helping me and making a good Christmas greate God bless!
