We have been using this company for close to two years and I have never had any problems. I had to call today to catch up on two missed payments and Ronise was very helpful. We always pay our items off within the 90-days-same as cash option and because of this have established a good credit limit with them. Today when I called I needed a couple of hundred dollars added to my limit for an item that I need and they had no problem adding 10% on top of my already generous credit limit. Knowledgable, great people skills, and I have had nothing but good service with this company and most especially their customer service staff. They are there when I need them and if they dont have the answers they quickly get them and follow up. I will always go to flexshopper first!
I got my laptop through Flex Shopper and I'm about 20 payments in and I have not had any issues. I selected the weekly payment but now I get paid biweekly so I called today and spoke with Porshea B. and she was super sweet and changed my due date from tomorrow to next week when I get paid, and now all future payments will be biweekly. She got it done in less than a minute and was wonderful to speak to. I recommend flexshopper and will continue to use them in the future
Greg R. assisted me today with my payment. He gave me a detailed breakdown on how my payments would be processed for the next couple of months. He was very patient with me since I didn't understand the process in the beginning. Going forward, I only want to speak with him when I call Flex Shopper.
I can't remember who I spoke with in customer service but he was very informative and knew what I was calling about and helped me to the best of his knowledge. Everything was taken care of about my issue.
Call to payoff my account this afternoon Jair B, was very helpful with assistant me with that process.
I called early to get a jump on the hold time and when Jasmine J. came on the phone, she was so patient and listened to my concerns about my in store pickup. She didn't rush off the phone and even sent me a confirmation email. Thank you Jasmine for helping this tired lady this morning.
