I had family coming over for the holidays and I wanted a larger TV for my living room. I saw a 75in TV that but it was above my spending limit. Joyce T. was great at getting me a spending limit increase while I waited on the phone. Even better I was able to puck up the TV from the local Best Buy. Can't get any better than that!
Twice during the past week, I have had contact with Asley L. from Flexshopper's billing department. Her manner in assisting me was very friendly yet professional. She did assist me in resolving my problem, and I was very satisfied. Her communication was factual yet exhibited interest, and a kind attitude. She is definitely an asset to the company. I hope she is recognized and compensated for her performance.

Awesome Customer Service! Quick Response Time! Just started my leases so I'll update in the future! I used the personal shopper and Jasmine J. was so helpful! Seriously if your around crunch time or life happens and don't have the money to buy a necessity or even a gift. Do Not hesitate to check them out! My tracking number said pending and I was worried that it got held up somewhere BUT they emailed me and messaged me with the tracking number and really provided exceptional Customer Service! Flex shopper customer service always over the top and friendly there shipping is fast and on time you pay more but stretch out the budget at Christmas if you had a credit card it works the same. Don't hesitate there a great company.
