My experience with flooring source was nothing less than awesome. Michelle’s design idea for both my flooring and bathroom remodel made it so easy and not stressful. Justin was so great at overseeing the projects and with the couple of retouches needed was great. All of you had a part in making my home beautiful! Thank you so much!
Melina was delightful
I was so pleased when Flooring Source sent Melina to my house just 3 days after our house suffered multiple broken water pipes in the ceiling from the hard freeze and she was able to measure my flooded carpeted areas and send me an estimate for replacement for my insurance. We have used Flooring Source previously and I know the quality of their products, and her reassuring manner did wonders for my feelings during this time of damage and upheaval.
I worked with Malina and she went above and beyond to help me. I was in Denver, CO and needing floors at my home in Galveston, Texas. Malina was a gem! I highly recommend Flooring Source - they are all wonderful, easy to work with, and have bent over backwards to ensure my flooring needs were taken care of.
I love my new carpet! Flooring Source is fantastic. They're honest, helpful. Didn't try to oversell me or convince me I needed a lot of extra stuff or prep work. I got just what I was looking for - beautiful plush carpet and pad at a reasonable price. I am very pleased and will return to Flooring Source when I need flooring in the future.
Malina Gray was a great sales person. Very knowledgeable and honest. The installer Gerardo did a great job. Moving items in and out of rooms, very professional and careful. All and all can't say anything negative, everything positive.
