At 1st things were great. All my requests where answered. After I ordered my high price title and picked it up about 3 weeks later I needed something of I went to Flooring Decor to get it and I found the same title about $4.00 less then what I paid for it at Flooring source. I reached out to my sell guy. They never got back with me .

Did not have a good experience from this company. They damaged the drywall in my granddaughters room. Did not "seal" the bottom step at all on any of the stairs. Left the back board on the stairs "primed" and not painted. Did not touch up any paint that was either damaged from them or incomplete by the builder. The crew left before I got home from work. Mr. Mathews came by and even stated that "They could have done a better job" and promised to come back and "make it right". Nothing, no phone call or email. It's been weeks a... read more

Horrible!!!! Do not use these people! We ordered hard floors, carpet, and kitchen cabinets. They never ordered the carpet even though they said multiple times that they did, I met with the manager and it was never ordered. The kitchen cabinets they messed up multiple times. They ordered wrong sizes twice. I ordered all this back in october, it's may and we are still waiting on our cabinets to be done. DO NOT Use Lori stahl. She is horrible and has no clue what she's doing. She is a typical sales person, doesn't know... read more

First off, I hate to complain but something has to be done with this. My floors look good but I have spent nearly 5000 dollars to have my floors replaced after Harvey flooded my brand new house. That being said I also spent nearly 20000 so far to have my walls fixed among other things. The crew that came to my house knocked some dents and holes in my freshly replaced walls, strung stain on my walls, a door and baseboards, all which were just fixed due to the flooding. Floor is fine. The four day episode was horrible. I was upstairs with pets and the AC was on and the workers would not shut doors. Sawdust flying. Changed air filters twice. I moved everything out except for three pieces. They left broken tiles in yard, garage and patio. They couldn't wait to get out. Took long lunch breaks and were always late arriving.
