Hello to the next visitor. I had the pleasure of doing business with Dickinson staff. I needed to replace the back splash in my remodeled kitchen. The tile supplier out of Canada made an error in their sample and shipping. The installer ...installed what they shipped. Once in! it was obvious this was not what we had picked. Flooring Source stepped right in and fixed the problem. I was so relieved they way they took over and assured me it would be okay when finished. Don't hesitate to work with them! J.Edmond
After looking at several flooring stores and getting the run around I ended up at Flooring Source working with Malina. Our frustrations immediatley went away and the process was effortless. She worked with me to make sure the wood flooring would look great even when the light hit it by taking samples out into the parking lot (and in the 90 degree weather). Flooring Source was very easy to do business with. My salesperson, Malina, was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the carpet I was purchasing. The installers, Jerry and his crew, were very skilled and did a fantastic job installing the carpet. I highly recommend Flooring Source.
