Outstanding work and customer service. We contacted Flooring Superstore to investigate the possibility of getting ideas and quotes to install plank flooring in our condo in August of 2020. I received a great price and services from Flooring Superstore. Michael was awesome lots of patience and helped with any and all questions and concerns I had. I would definitely recommend this store and especially Michael. The installers were also great and paid attention to detail, my floors look fantastic.
We recently stopped in at the flooring superstore and met Manley. He helped us pick out the perfect flooring for our house. He was friendly , helpful and very knowledgeable. Tim has been helping us to select the right flooring for our place, due to a water leak it was badly damaged. Between dealing with the insurance, condo management and various contractors, Tim and the senior PM on this project have provided the most support and have made it very easy to organize the floor selection and get things rolling for the replacement. Just had the basement stairs done bought the carpet from Matt he was very helpful but the communication from the front to the lnstallation desk needs to a lot better I had talked to Albert and he got everything arranged and joesph did a awesome job of the stairs the only other thing was the carpet I picked was not what I got but in the end the color I got looked good when it was done I would recommend carpet superstore to anyone
