Dreadful installation. Absolutely dreadful. Seams appear to be placed willy nilly and many are very obvious -- especially in a high traffic hallway. They sent in the fixers. Promises made, promises broken. Even the fixers said it was a botched installation job. And after the fixers? It still looks like a patchwork quilt. Solution? Replace the entire carpet, at our own expense. What happens to the "old" (brand new carpet)? Landfill? We would be out another $7500 dollars with no guarantee that a second job would be any better.... read more

Had terrible experience with flooring superstore, their team didn't install my vinyl floor well in the basement, and some small pieces of baseboard were missing. Contacted the customer service, they said they'll come and check, but it took almost a month, and they just denied everything. To sum up, terrible customer service.

Got my flooring done through them. The luxury vinyls started to leave gaps in almost every rows. The store sent someone to glue it together was good for few days again the vinyl started to shift. They came for inspection and one of the them said the clip is broken and told me they will let me know in few days. After few weeks got an email saying that I need blinds to keep the sun away from the floor and that they cannot help me.
