Matt helped us pick the perfect product for our kitchen. Had a little problem with the install but store was 100% behind fixing it. Very happy :)
Flooring Superstore just finished installing vinyl planking throughout our house and did an amazing job. Our experience from start to finish dealing with them was fantastic. Had the floors done by flooring superstore and the installer Jay did an awesome job. It was done quickly, and things looks fantastic. Definitely would recommend Jay to anyone.
I struggle with what to rate this experience only because we had so many issues with our flooring after the installation. I decided on a 4 because all the people after that did their very best to make it right. Now after 39 days later it is. I guess if you had the right crew from the beginning it would have been a seamless experience. We unfortunately had a great deal of stress and cost incurred by the all the issues with the job done. I was about to close a flooring deal with one of Canada's biggest home improvements retailer; I had a sample of the flooring that I was going to get, a relative of mine mentioned that Flooring Superstore has a bigger selection and better prices.
