Rob was great to work with, he explained the whole process and scheduled the work quickly. The installers (DJ and Adam) were polite, professional and did an awesome job.
Floorz has put the flooring for my entire house. They have done both laminate floors and tiles floors and they stand by their product. If there were any concerns they came back out to fix them. The installers are professional, and courtesy. I would recommend them for any flooring needs. Amy
I had a sump pump failure in my basement a while ago and had to wait to replace padding, re-install carpet and replace vinyl in the bathroom. Floorz was willing to help me with the re-install and was very helpful selecting new vinyl (Jeff) and getting an estimate. I felt the estimate was very reasonable. The Install manager , Joe, was extremely accommodating. James was amazing, knowable and was the only person on time and gave us a written estimate. Very professional. His knowledge is not just about flooring, it goes over and above. They were fantastic and stayed with us every step of the way during the stressful time of building a new home. With their patient and professional help we were able to select all our LVT, carpet and tile for our new home. We are so glad we bought our rug from Floorz. So many carpet choices. We didn't know where to start. Liana and Jessica were so helpful and patient with us. They answered all our questions thoroughly and patiently. The installation team was outstanding. The installation was fast and thorough as was the cleanup. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend going to Floorz for your next carpet.
We just had vinyl and carpet installed in our entire house by Floorz. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Our sales rep Jessica and all of the store personnel were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The installers Darryl and James went beyond our expectations and did an impeccable job, no short cuts taken here! We’re we’re also happy with the job completed at my Mom’s house as well.
