It was a pleasure dealing with Laura and Jessica regarding my bathroom tile order. They were extremely responsive and helpful in meeting all of my needs. And I am very needy! Ha ha! Laura messaged me on her day off and Jessica emailed me after hours to let me know when my tile order would be in as I was a bit worried about them being on backorder. Above and beyond service from both gals!
We are extremely satisfied with our new Floorz! Vanessa was friendly, knowledgeable, customer oriented and we appreciated her assistance in helping us pick out product and answer all our questions. The installers were true pros, and I'm very happy with our product choices.
We had two quotes from other carpet stores but we chose to go with Floorz since they had done a small job for us before that ‘fixed’ another installers mistake. We wanted to re carpet our stairway as it is the first thing you see as you walk into the foyer. They advised to install a ‘ Hollywood’ step as it creates a more fitted, tailored design. We are so happy with the results. Chuck’s workmanship was superb as his attention to detail . Great customer service!
Our experience with Floorz was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout. The installers were exceptional. They were efficient and kept everything clean as they worked. The result was better than we even envisioned. On Friday, Dec 11 the cove base was added. The two installers for the cove base did a great job also. Floorz in Copley did an excellent job in recovering my family room, kitchen, mud room and laundry room with luxury vinyl. It has been almost 2 months and I can't tell you how much I love the flooring we selected with the help of Brian and the staff at Floorz. I do not, at all miss the old flooring. Tim and Stephanie were very professional. They kept my home clean by putting down mats. I felt at ease with them installing my bedroom carpet. They were polite and answered all my questions. My wife and I just purchased a new kitchen floor from Floorz and we couldn't be happier. The sales rep Nick greeted me when I entered Floorz. Nick came to my home to match the shoe molding. Dale did a great job measuring & told me it would be up to me how I want the floor laid, but he recommended length wise to make the room bigger.
