Floorz was outstanding! Brandi helped me with the selection of carpet. We actually did almost our entire house. We are so happy with the quality of the carpet. I went to other carpet stores and didn't have near the same professional experience. The installers were wonderful, professional, very time efficient and made sure everything was done thoroughly. They carefully moved items and put them back for us. The price quoting was straight-forward with no surprises and done quickly. We highly-recommend this company!!!
We have not bought flooring in 10 years, and it has really changedsince last time! Laura did a great job of explaining the attributes of new carpet products and luxury vinyl tile, and was super helpful & flexible with her quotes. We chose Mannington LVT and Shaw carpet. Eric Lehr's crew was really thoughtful with the flooring install; they made sure each detail was correct. Mose's carpet crew was fast and efficient, too! Thanks, Floorz !
I highly recommend Floorz for installation of hardwood as well as carpet. They were extremely professional, all staff, Danielle, Dave and Tim. Dave installed our hardwood after removing carpet and was able to come up with great ideas to address issues- hardwood is perfect. Also Tim installed a carpet runner on our steps and look great. Staff very prompt arrived when expected and left making sure everything was what I expected. Cannot go wrong hiring them for any flooring needs
We love our new floors! James was extremely helpful during the entire process. From floor selection to very specific issues that needed addressed during our installation. My experience with Floorz was excellent. From helping us pick out the carpet to installation. Our installers workmanship was excellent, he made suggestions that enhanced the look of the carpet on the steps. Thank you for that Mosses, it really made a difference. Can’t say enough about our very positive experience.
Floorz did a very good job on our master bedroom project. Nick Flores was extremely helpful in answering our questions and helping us make our choices of carpeting and flooring. Chuck and his crew were professional and helpful doing the installation. We are completely satisfied with the job and plan to purchase flooring from them for our next remodeling project.
