We had an Amazing experience at Floorz! This is the third Project with Jessica & Floorz. She is truly a Gem and a wealth of experience and knowledge. With this current backsplash project her suggestions and design worked seamlessly with the floor kitchen floor we previously purchased from Jessica. We chose Floorz in Strongsville to help us modernize our first floor office by replacing carpet with luxury laminate wood. We were very pleased with the service that we received from floorz. The carpet selection was great, Dani was an attentive and knowledgeable representative, who kept in constant touch throughout our deciding process. Installation went without a hitch and the installer took great care to make sure our needs were met. All in all, amost pleasant and stress free experience!
Great Customer Service! We had a flood in our basement and needed new carpet. Lianna and her team made the process smooth and easy. The installation team was courteous and quick. I highly recommend Floorz!
After our 13-year old, 90-lb. dog passed away, and sufficiently destroyed our builder-grade hardwood floors, we decided it was time to replace the first floor flooring. The hardwood was too thin and soft to re-sand, so we decided to use COREtec LVP, which we installed in our basement a few years ago. After deciding to replace our aging carpet we opted to go with Floorz (Strongsville, Royalton Road). Danielle, the sales associate, was great in explaining our various options such as types of padding and soil resistance of different carpet types. We got what we felt was a very reasonable price and gave the go-ahead to install the carpet. As the workers were installing the carpet they noticed some stains (manufacturing defects, not Floorz fault). So...i had my new carpet installed 1 month ago. All that i can say is WOWZER! From the moment I ordered my carpet from the floorz team ( danielle and vanessa) until the moment it was installed it has been a great and easy process. My taste is particular and i wanted different carpet in every room. The sales team was great and patient with me. The installers were at my home for 9 hours. Floorz did a complete remodel on our master bathroom. Over the past 17 years, we have renovated our entire house literally from roof to basement, and I can honestly say this is the best team we have ever had do work.
