I didn’t know anything about Floorz until a friend of mine was in there one day and suggested I check it out. I was looking for an area rug. Well, the rest is history!! The sales people couldn’t be nicer, in particular Danielle Lucas, and the fellow at the front counter. In my book, it is all about being nice, helpful and of course knowing the product!! My rug is being delivered today and I am very excited!
We had a “discount” carpet place install carpet a year ago. The carpet was wrong, the padding was wrong, and it wrinkled immediately. They refused to come out and inspect telling us we got what we ordered. We had heard good reviews on Floorz and decided to go there to replace our new “bad” carpet. The carpet installed was perfect. (Shaw) They didn’t have our padding and upgraded us! The installer was absolutely fabulous and took his time. I will recommend them to all my neighbors.
I had new flooring installed in three rooms the first week in January. For the most part, Liana helped me with selection at the showroom. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. There are a lot of choices, and I took home about 25 samples before making a decision. There was NO pressure at all to buy. The installers, Darryl and James, were excellent. They were friendly, respectful and definitely knew what they were doing. I really appreciated how clean they left each room. My floors look great!
I’ve recently ordered tile and carpet for my new home and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience or the selection. Vanessa helped me find exactly what I was looking for and her follow through was exceptional. She made it so easy! Highly recommend!!!
I have shopped for flooring and carpet for my 3,300 square foot home for a few weeks. I must say that the customer service from Danielle at Montrose and vanessa at strongsville has been excellent. I was looking for direction and a flare for design for my 75 year old house and vanessa and danielle helped me with their ideas. I will be purchasing my new flooring with floorz! The best. Thank you! I was very impressed with the professionalism and communication with the team from Floorz, Strongsville. Danielle was very helpful and answered all my questions. She completed the estimate very quickly, kept me informed about the delivery status of my floor and then installation. The installer, Chris was on time each day. He was outstanding with his craftsmanship and very detail oriented to make sure I was happy with my floor. I highly recommend them for flooring.
Our experience with Floorz was wonderful from the beginning. Danielle is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions regarding the products. As for the installation Chris is a superstar. He did all of the work solo. He was punctual, prompt, energetic, clean and courteous. A true gentleman with an honest work ethic. It was a blessing to see that integrity is still a value.
