So far, our experience with Floorz has been nothing but a total disappointment. We initially stopped in at the Strongsville location as we were interested in a total bathroom renovation (we saw their article in Mimi’s). We we quickly contacted by Scott, their designer, and made an appointment for him to visit our home and t review our design hopes/expectations. Everything went downhill from there. The floors to my small kitchen were set to be installed on April 10th. On April 10th the job was left unfinished because they ran out of material. So much for professional measurements?? The job was rescheduled to be finished on April 23rd. I took that day off work to be available. The installer arrived with a box of broken flooring and could not finish the job.
