The checkup went very well. The gentleman (sorry, I’ve forgotten his name). Was very efficient and very personable, including his patience with my Over zealous dog. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing, very politely.

The technician that worked on my AC was gr8. Was knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. He found out what the problem was quickly and resolved it. With the noise it was making all my neighbors thought the unit was dying. A frog had made its way into the fan which caused the noise. He even cleaned the entire unit with the hose so I didn’t have to. Very impressed!
