They responded in a timely manner to my ac not working. They had it up and running in about 20 minutes the issue I have is this unit was installed by them and the drain line has clogged twice now in less than 6 months. It was cleaned once in November after it clogged and again now in march. This unit is less than a year old and should not be having issues like this
