Very professional. Explain everything he checked and recommended the correctional action required the fix the problem. Very courteous. Fix the problem and went over how to use the new equipment. As for the equipment I had it on hand and he installed it savings me a lot of money for equipment. I recommend Florida Breeze to anyone.

Starting with Makayla, when you make your appointment she’s extremely friendly and accommodating. appointments are followed up with a text and also an email. The day your appointment is scheduled you get a text giving you a 30 minute window of when they will be there. If for any reason, they’re running a little bit late, they’ll let you know.
