El costumer service de las empleadas es pésimo, no se comunican, siempre tienen un pretexto para contestar, no recomiendo para nada el sitio, la manager esta de vacaciones todo el tiempo por que esa es la excusa que Sacan las empleadas, son incumplidas. Pésimo lugar la Dra no es nada profesional.
The Doctor was not Professional.
My wife and I had appointment for 10:00 am 26 July 2021, it was almost 2 hours before we both were seen. People that came in after us were seen before us. They said they called and sent emails, which was not true, we did not receive any emails or phone calls with “Florida Optical” showing that they called. As we live in FL we got a lot of scam calls on our land line which service we discontinued we now only have a cell phone which shows calls received with company name calling so if a phone number appears without who is cal... read more
Los precios son muy altos, le aconsejo buscar por otros lados antes de tomar la decisión, yo pagué porque no sabía pero ya no vuelvo
