My 2 appointments were canceled after I had confirmed. When I called to see what happened, they had already filled my spots. Never again will I waste my time! Good luck
Worst place ever I just called to obtain my daughters PD and they told me that they don’t provide that info because if they do I can purchase glasses online, then I spoke with Enid who told me that the doctor don’t even do the PD. It’s ridiculous, how they treat clients just because I have Medicaid, and now my daughter does not have glasses because they don’t want to people to get the glasses online.
I would discourage anyone I know from doing business with you. I drove over 30 miles tho an appointment that I waited 6 weeks for, only to be told it had been canceled. The young lady I dealt with claimed that numerous phone calls and text messages had been sent, but I only received one confirmation text. My smart phone showed no record of the 8-10 calls the young lady claimed to have made, and NO voicemails. You can be sure that my health insurance provider will be informed of my experience.
