I had a terrible experience I was trying to purchase a pair of Swarovski eye glasses they have a sign on the window of buy one get one free and they didn’t want to honor there promotion all I heard was a bunch of lies from them the ad did not have no hidden promotion nothing like read the fine print or inquire within so try had to honor there promotion with name brand or non name brand and they just decided to make up whatever they wanted they are false advertising and I will call the better Business bureau. Sorry this is not false advertising. We try our best to make our customers happy and we have done a very good job at it for over 10+ years. We have never ran into this issue but we always clarify what we mean when the customer ask us a specific question. We also had fine print on the inside wall of the buy one and get one free. You can go to Walmart and get a buy one and get one free but if you go to Swarovski, Gucci, Prada and ask that, they will laugh at you. It’s the same situation. Every time I have gone there is a problem! Each time! I gave it at least three or four times, no more after this. I'm really mad and want a resolution immediately. I told the staff my contacts were the wrong brand, they insisted they are correct. Low and behold, they are wrong, and I ordered one year and only got 6 months. I'm very angry

I am very satisfied with the treatment Mabe, Dimaris and Millie provided towards me. I was turned away from another optical under horrible treatment and coming here, only to inquire about the frames, the staff was professional and friendly which finalized my decision to stay and be seen today. Will be recommending this place to all my friends!
What a bad experience we have in this place,we drove 45 minutes to get there with bad traffic and no parking available and because we arrive 10 minutes late they cancel the appointment and they have people waiting for over 30 min waiting with appointments

This place is a complete scam dont waste your time going here. They make up prices for their glasses even the crappy ones. The service was terrible and slow the office was dirty. Just an overall terrible experience. But thats not the worst part I call my insurance company because I thought they covered something and the lady told me they didnt. Now that my insurance company has confirmed I'm pissed

We visited today for my son my insurance was supposed to cover a pair of frames lenses and the visit with a small co-pay. I was told that the lenses were not covered by my insurance. I was shown 12 pairs of frames for my eight year old. I was at Florida Optical Enterprise on October 2, 2017 taking my son for eye examination. It turned out he needed glasses. As the free glasses offered by the Florida Health Solution were horrible, my son and I decided to pay for a Rayban glasses. I paid $ 169 and they gave me the term of 10 days, then I was told 10 business days, these deadlines not met. They passed the deadline for 14 business days.
