My only problem was the length of time it took to answer my call. The first time I called I waited 40 minutes on hold and then hung up. The second time I called they answered in less than five minutes.

I had a sensor issue that triggered the alarm and it turned out to be a problem with the sensor. An Agent called and requested photos of the sensor and pointed out the issue. She stayed with me as I corrected it and explained how it worked. Very helpful and cordial throughout the process. The explanation helps us understand how the system works.

Nate helped me with a problem with my panel today. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He gladly walked me through all my window and door alarms to make sure they were all working. I switched to Fluent from ADT about 4 years ago. Yes, ADT is a little easier to get in contact with, much less wait. But once you call Fluent, expect to wait a few minutes, I found all the techs more than helpful. And ADT does have more advertising, but the bang for your buck is amazing.
