I am a low voltage tech. I find there techs on the phone a pleasure to work with. The company stands behind there equipment. My system went off once an they, the company, called fire and police fast. Faster than I could cancel the call. Long story short, **************, good company, good service.....

The technician who installed the system was great and the person who helped me on the phone was fine (when I was finally able to get hold of someone--it took four tries with the system hanging up on me the first three times). However, the salesperson was not completely forthcoming. First, he acted like he was from my original alarm company just checking the panels. It wasn't until he came into the house that he said he was from Fluent. Then he did not tell me that Fluent would be opening a bank account in my name to charge t... read more
We are extremely happy with our Fluent security system. We have had service with them for almost 5 years and could not be happier. ***** from Fluent called us today as a courtesy, and to make sure everything was good, and to see if we had any questions. That is something you hardly ever hear of anymore. Thank you ***** we appreciate you.
************* did a wonderful job was very helpful and thorough with explaining things. He went above an beyond to help me feel at ease with the system. I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone.
Courteous friendly and concerned representative, knowledgable, thorough and efficient. He replaced major component of the system, verified all components were functioning and trained us on use and operation of new control panel.
