Omg **** was totally awesome. He helped fixed my alarm system over the phone. He did not make me feel that I needed to hurry up. I have a new view on Fluent home security. Thank you very much Fluent for hiring a great employees who make you feel great about the company.

Had lost power to the alarm panel. Made a quick call to Tech Support and spoke with ****** Was able to troubleshoot the problem and initiate corrective action to leave us in great shape.
