I had a few questions and she took ownership of the issue, finding the information and explaining it perfectly. I've had no issues with Fluent, and I know I would get great customer service if I have to contact them.
Support contact with ******* at Fluent support. Problem found, problem resolved. Turns out it was an old Vivent smoke sensor in the closet.******* was very helpful and very patient. A pleasure to deal with and excellent as customer service goes.Thank you so much!!!!!
