Ive been having nothing but trouble trying to log in to the laptop right from the start. The phone login works fine but since first log in on the laptop Ive not had access, ever. Finally today I just had to get it fixed and was so very lucky to get ***** on my call. What a fantastic lady she is!! Very knowledgeable, efficient, and just a pleasure to work with!! And she even reminded me to write all the changes down so I dont have to worry about not remembering the new ***************** to go *****???? You deserve great recog... read more

**** in customer service was an absolute rock star. If I could steal him to work for my company I would. He handled a very intricate, unique, difficult situation, perfectly. His demeanor and friendly casual attitude calmed my nerves and his constant attention to my needs and my time were unmatched. Give this man a raise... he earned it.
