Michelle has great customer service . She was very kind and understanding.
I have been having on going issues ( Since June 2nd,2020) and they were not getting resolved either by tech support or monitoring company. Each blaming the other. issues both with personal alarm and home alarm and not returning my calls when they said they would or not at all. FINALLY TODAY ( June 17th) called head office and talked to Kim.. she was amazing ..got all my issues taken care of. She was awesome and the only reason I am still with Fluent... Tech support was very helpful, change battery on my smoke detector and she verified I still have connection with fluent. Good Service.
