Krissy was our representative and was familiar with our previous security company who decided to leave town without notifying us. Hence, the changeover was for the most part uneventful. Due to the current situation we are in, technical wait time has been a bit lengthy. However, by contacting Krissy, she could expedite it and was instrumental in taking care of any issues we had. Pricewise, they are lower than the company we dealt with for the past 6 years.
