When I call they are there to help me all the way through. To make sure my system. Is running well Thank you for that. Not talking to someone from another country talking to someone I can understand and understand me and I really do appreciate that.

Michele personality was so bubbly it came through the phone while we were talking. She expressed how she was not feeling well after l gave her kudos for her professional demeanor.I have worked in customer service and no matter how you are feeling, the customer should never feel it through the conversation and Michele never sounded like she said she felt.
