I bought my vehicle here a couple years ago that experience was great. Their service department on the other hand is a joke. I've only brought it back there because I bought the extended warranty. The vehicle has been back there multiple times for the same problem after the first couple of times they finally sent it to another dealership to be fixed which was great because that dealership actually fixed the problem however now after two years that problem is back I have repeatedly brought it back to them now with this issues... read more
Went to foggs on Friday. . Walked out same night with a great truck.. and the staff were all friendly especially our sales person sonia...she went above and beyond to get things done for us in every way!!! Couldn't be happier good job guys...

Even one star for this place is pushing it. I've never in my life met such rude arrogant people in my whole life. I was also not impressed at all with the high and mighty attitude that you and I use this term lightly "SALES MANAGER" Steve had. He talked down to you like you meant nothing as a customer, and tried to use the embarresment tactic to sell a car. I will never ever reccomend this awful place to anyone. FIND A NEW WAY TO SELL CARS INSTEAD OF EMBARSSING YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMER.
Worked all week getting the information they asked for to come down on Saturday to test drive and purchase a vehicle. Drove an hour and half one way only to find out that when we got there that they just sold it. I was told that the car was just sold and they were sorry. Really upset as we had provided all of our information and the new borrower just walked in the door. I was told sorry friend of the owner is purchasing it. I cannot say enough great things about Foggs and all the staff. I went there back in January when several dealerships turned me away because my credit was not the best. However I went to Foggs not anticipating anything good but within no time they had me approved for a loan and I was able to come back the next day to pick up my beautiful BMW.
