We went there and they treated us like crap... The girl that waited on us had us fill out and application and then sent us down the road .. So that commercial that if you make this amount of money you can get approved . Totally full of crap .. Not professional at all, and rude ..The staff wasn't even dressed professional would not recommend them to anyone ! We bought a brand new car somewhere else !! I would rate them triple 000 but it's not listed ..
I'm starting this at one star. Will update depending on the resolution of my problem. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Foggs approximately 1 month ago. Last week I had a leaf spring break. I called and was told it was covered under our extended warranty. I live 50 minutes away so I made an appointment and dropped off my vehicle a day early. RecommendedI think the GM, Hal Talbot, is wonderful. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, easy to work with, great customer service!!
I would never waste my time with these people again! Not only was I told I was set to come up and pick up the vehicle I was told there was no issues. Only to spend an hour and half ride and an hour waiting to find out otherwise. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Never again would I waste my time on one of these "we don't judge your credit we will get you in a new car" places!

As a first time buyer my experience was great. Megan Parsons was fantastic, walked me through step by step and i drove home in my new car. I'd recomend them for anyone.
