I went here to purchase a Nissan Sentra. After walking around I went inside to look for someone about purchasing it. The rep that helped me took my info to get a loan approval he was very nice. That is till I was directed to whoever must be the finance manager. I was told I was approved for a loan but had a $2,000 deposit I would need to put down which is kinda high but understandable . RecommendedBernadette was phenomenal helping me! I had no knowledge of car before I came into Foggs. I test drove 8-9 vehicles before I found the one I wanted. She was patient and very helpful ! I am so happy with the service I got and I would definitely recommend going here and would definitely come here again!

I bought a car here three weeks ago and the buying process was amazing. Too bad the service part falls majorly short, hence the review. If you boast amazing service, you should deliver on that promise. I have the Fogg's for Life policy on my new car, which includes free towing. Waited almost two and a half hours for a tow when my car was literally 10 minutes away from the dealership. This was not Fogg's direct fault, as they subcontract towing to an outside company. Did online application got several calls, emails and text messages about coming to complete finance application. We drove a hour and a half to get there. To only be denied and I felt to be talked down to. I would not recommend anyone to go there.
