Dr. Ford is absolutely amazing. He is knowledgeable, considerate and very patient. He has performed a couple of cosmetic surgeries for me and I have been thrilled with the results. My only concern would be with his new scheduling person, Melony, who always seems to find ways to make it difficult to schedule appointments with him. Dr Derek Ford did my breast reduction surgery in October and I am extremely happy with the results. From the first appointment to the surgery he has been excellent. He is very good at what he does and my scaring is hardly visable. Melanie who works in the office was very nice and always answered anything I asked when I would call. I would recommend Dr Derek Ford to anyone who was needing some kind of plastic surgery. My own family Dr could not believe what a wonderful job he did and how good the scarring is.
Dr. Ford performed an upper bleph 1 yr ago and did an amazing job. I previously suffered from "dry eye" in my right eye due to a repaired detached retina 7 yrs previous & was concerned that it would be worsened by an upper bleph. Due to Dr. Ford's wonderful surgical skills I have had absolutely no problems with my right eye.I now look years younger thanks to Dr. Ford. He is very kind and very honest.
Dr Ford was amazing. He did a wonderful job on a tummy tuck/hernia repair that I had 7 months ago. He is professional, and exact. I have had 2 other surgeries to fix my hernias, and nothing compares to the job that he did (and another surgeon). In his office he is generally on time. He was patient with me even when I was scared of him checking the scar after. Dr. Ford, I cannot thank-you enough, my stomach was once ****ed, and you made it pretty again!
I had surgery in November and Dr. Ford is the BEST. He made me feel right at home and I wasn't nervous at all. He made sure I knew and understood everything he was going to do during the surgery and how to care for the incisions afterwards. I never hesitated to call his office either, they were great as well. I am truly happy to say I had a life changing surgery and I feel amazing. Dr. Ford is the VERY best surgeon there is. I would recomend him to anyone.

Dr.Ford is simply the most amazing surgeon I've ever met! I was quite nervous going in to see him, but after talking with his secretary, who was kind and warm and lovely, and then hearing the other patients in the waiting room not only agree with everything she said, but rave about him, I felt a lot better. Had a tumour removed from my foot and he did a wonderful job. He takes time with his patients and I think nobody should complain about this, he cares about you and he is not in rush just to have more done in less time.
Dr. Ford has a mannerism that I believe most people would appreciate. He is nice, takes time to answer all questions, does not make one feel hurried, and is knowledgeable about his areas of expertise. My only complaint is that he is consistently late for follow-up appointments, but that may be because he takes his time with incoming patients. I have been to two other plastic surgeons for work and have met a number of others and Dr. Ford is both the most highly skilled and the nicest.
