Everyone was nice and helpful and had clear communication. My son who is 6 felt comfortable. The dentist took time to explain what was going on and listened to my concerns and never made us feel rushed. I’m really happy with the experience and will definitely be going there from now on.
Horribly experience I’m a cash paying customer and was offered a bundle package which included two cleanings as well as some other work. Had my teeth cleaned the first time the technician did a horrible job worst cleaning I’ve ever had honestly when my second cleaning came up. I called to make sure they knew I wasn’t happy with the first cleaning. They totally brushed it off, saying that they were using the newest most high-tech process. It was not only a professional and patient centered experience, but there was a lot of teaching involved so that I might achieve maximum dental health.
I signed on yesterday as a new patient with Forestville Family Dentistry after moving back to the area. My family has traveled for the past six years so we've seen a lot of different dentists, and I can happily say I've never been to a better practice than this. Everyone that works at Forestville Family Dentistry is so lovely and friendly and take the time to explain things thoroughly. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease in a medical setting!
