Good evaluation and teaching, teeth cleaned and "problem" area cleaned, also stain removed from lower teeth.

Devin is my hygienist and she was unavailable for my appointment on 12/15, although I wasn't advised of this. In the past, if she's out, I'm offered a chance to reschedule. I was not. The hygienist who did my cleaning was professional and courteous, but it was a painful cleaning, she asked me to hold the water tube myself and use as necessary, and there wasn't much interaction. I was really disappointed not to have my regular dental hygienist, Devin. The fill in temp was not nearly as thorough and did not clean my teeth nearly as well. She could not get situated with all the cords and just seemed not nearly as comfortable or as experienced. And she took much less time than normal.
