Because of some very bad experiences, I used to dread going to the dentist. I would avoid it for far too long, which left me feeling guilty and anxious about the state of my teeth.
Everything went well and as usual I learned new things, thanks for,the service.
I think that it is very cheesy that you do not give out the goodie bag with a toothbrush with a teeth cleaning. Taking away from your customers is no way to save money!!!
I was able to call on Monday morning at 8:30 and get an appointment at 10:00 with Dr. Meyers to look at a possible root canal problem. After taking x-rays, Dr. Meyers was able to offer probable causes for the pain I was experiencing and suggested an endodontist in my insurance network.
as usual an excellent attempt by staff to keep a crabby/crappy customer in good humor.....would rather come to dentist than watch network tv primetime.....perhaps that implies more of a failure on the part of tv than an improvement in dentistry but am gonna vote for dentistry at your shop...
Love going there i will never find a better dentist.
My feedback is the same. I have an expectation that when I get my teeth cleaned I would receive a takeaway oral cleaning kit. This is a major problem.
The total experience was with EXTREME customer service WHICH MADE THE TOTAL TIME CALMING
CAPPING WENT VERY QUICK. GUM IS SORE NEXT DAY. LOOKS LIKE IT MAY HAVE BLED A LITTLE. I THOUGHT I HAD NO OUT OF POCKET FEE AT THIS POINT BUT HAD TO PAY A LITTLE. DR MEYER MAKES ME COMFORTABLE AND WE ALWAYS JOKE AROUND. HE MAY BE MISSING A CALLING FOR GIVING TOURS OF DOWNTOWN CINCY.
