The office staff does not know what they're doing. When we signed on we asked who the cable service provider was and was told "it's IRT." We never heard of them but just accepted it to then find out that's the name of the developer and the cable provider was spectrum. Our onboarding was painfully difficult and the associate blamed it on working from home because of Covid. Worst place I've ever lived. Non-stop issues with management. The back gate is always broken/open and cars get broken into and there is always people loitering. They claim they have security but he obviously doesn't patrol. We got a bullet through our window last summer (not managements fault) however it took them weeks to replace the window and never fixed the broken blinds or the hole in the wall. My apartment roommates and I constantly have terrible experiences talking to the manager (who talks to you like you're a child). My roommate also had the same experience as Paige K below (i.e having her car with a pass towed and having a terrible experience with the manager). This review is in regards to the treatment we received upon reporting mold growing in our apartment. When we first reported the mold, the maintenance team "sealed" over the mold. Do you enjoy working with sleazy car salesmen types all the time? Want a money first people later mentality? Then you'll love fountains. **Long story short they took no time to charge me $75 for leaving the trash can outside, have yet to refund me $350 I'm owed, and the apartment I was shown looks nothing like the one I got** The place is beautiful and renovated but so is everywhere else in south end and the same price as well. I've lived here a few years now, and I've never had any issues until the new manager started. She's by far the most unprofessional person I've ever had to encounter. She's beyond rude. She speaks to you like you're a child. I had my car towed the first night I parked in the gated area. I had the sticker. There was absolutely no parking, so I parked RIGHT outside of the garage. I've lived here for a year now and the apartment is progressively getting worse. Parking is a disaster. The gates are always broken and they don't monitor unauthorized parking. But management has no problem towing people who actually have a parking pass. The newest property manager is very rude and unprofessional. If you want to live in a friendly community I highly suggest living somewhere else.
Parking is a true JOKE !!...Tow truck crusie inside residence gates and will tow you without hesitation!!...Management is riude at best and basicallly no understanding...LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE
I probably would not even give this place one star but you have to give at least one. It is over priced considering the "amenities" do not exist or are lacking in quality. Parking is a NIGHTMARE!!! Too many parking permits have been given out leaving residents with nowhere to park and some residents take up more than one spot. The "sticker" to park inside the "secure" gate is basically a joke!!!
