RecommendedMy family and I love living At Fourth Plum Apartments! They're super Pet friendly with so many amenities, like a Dog park, Pet Spa and Roof top Pool!! The historic building is beautiful with modern updated features. You're in walking distance of all the best restaurants in the city. We also have some of the best views from our building, It's a great place to live!
Staff is very responsive to any needs
Moved in several months ago. I've been very impressed with the staff and how thoughtful they are; in the rare event that something is amiss, they're always happy to help. My physical apartment is also wonderful, the downtown location is perfect. 😄
I moved in this past June. The management has been amazing. They have been finalizing a lot of new upgrades to areas of the building. I had some maintenance issues (normal wear and tear type things) and made a service request. Things were addressed the very same day. I could not believe it. What's more, the community there is like none other. Moving here as I adjust to Cincinnati and decide where I want to live in the area is a decision I will not regret. I cannot say enough great things about 4th & Plum.
I’ve been living here for about 2 1/2 years. We recently just got new management and they truly turned this place around. Prior to them coming, the place was pretty mediocre. They completely transformed this place!! The gym is beautiful and up to date equipment. They just brought in a club room too which is definitely a bonus! Sarah and Hailey are doing great!! They are super friendly and very quick to solve any conflict! Thanks guys! You’re truly appreciated!!
The whole staff, Hailey, Stacey, Charlie etc are outstanding in attitude and performance. Love it here! whether you are looking to be close to work or for great social situations, this is a great place to be!
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Every question I asked was answered and I felt very taken of. I definitely feel that if I moved here it would feel like home.
