I’m big on customer service and part of the reason I moved here was because of the service. Stephanie and Stella make it a priority to make sure my needs are met. They seek clarity when my needs are not clear. Living downtown is convenient and the location is perfect. Compare to other apartments the price is unbeatable. I researched and went to every apartment downtown before signing a lease. Definitely would recommend.

I loved living in these lofts, especially when I just moved here from out of state! They are so spacious and I loved being able to explore downtown, since most things are in walking distance. It's in a great part of downtown and I always felt safe, especially with the garage being attached. They can be pricey, but you are definitely getting what you paid for with the great location, parking, and so much space. I wish I could afford to stay longer, by I'm glad I could take advantage while I could. Definitely recommend!
Love these lofts. So many different styles to choose from. I just moved out of the large one bedroom loft after being a resident for 5+ years. And I adored the community such a safe quite part of downtown but in walking distance to everything! I have never experienced any issues with maintenance or the staff. Love the charm of my loft, and it's a tight community.. I now have a great bunch of new friends!! Can't imagine leaving them or this neighborhood!!
