Since 4th & Plum includes 3 buildings, we sometimes have residents travel to the larger laundry room in our main building! Doing this and carrying a large load of laundry can sometimes have the outcome of dropped clothing. Terrible service and does not treat customers well. Were very rude on the phone and worse in person!! Would not recommend.
