Overall, excellent, including guys on the vans and staff in Southampton. Only disappointment one or two breakages from poor packaging and slow response from east Devon re collection of empty boxes.

Alex and Kevin were very friendly and totally professional. Arrived on time and loaded quickly and safely. Good suggestions were made to ensure extra protection for some items. Dismantled 2 beds and very large recliner sofa and re-assembled on arrival. Nothing damaged or broken. I would 100% recommend Fox's Removals.

Very easy to book the unit. Very clean. I would have given it 5 stars but there are only 3 small trolleys so I had trouble loading a bed frame. There are also not enough trolleys so you have to wait for one to become available.
