Extremely smooth and courteous service. Nothing was too much trouble
The guys couldn't have been more tolerant (delay in getting keys to new property), polite and helpful, includng takiing special account of what need to be moved last and unloaded first due to a household member with in plaster with a broken ankle effectively bed bound. Extremely hard working and efficient, no complaints whatsoever.

Kevin and his team did the most amazing job over the two day move. They were punctual and friendly. The contents of three storage containers was packed carefully and swiftly and then relocated into a house with a tricky entrance. They even managed to move a piano and large fridge-freezer up narrow steps and round corners. Nothing was too much for them. The removal staff were prompt polite and patient. They worked very hard, tried their best but could not get everything into the new house and we did find they brought over things that we wanted left behind. All in all very good service, Thank you
Pleasant informative staff. Difficult to judge at the moment as only at beginning of storage process.But so far so good.
We recently used fox to move some items into their self store facility and other items into our new house. Alison was so helpful going through everything that needed moving and advising on logistics. The moving team were brilliant. They took so much care moving our things and went above and beyond to make moving day less stressful. I highly recommend.
