Gergo & Ollie….. what can I say, they made my move a really happy experience. Nothing was too much trouble & anything I thought might be difficult became easy. They put me at ease straight away & reassured me when I must have looked as if I needed to be. The third pair of hands (sorry I didn’t catch his name) that helped to unload was the same. Arranging storage was straightforward from obtaining a quote to using the facility. All the staff have been professional friendly and helpful. My one disappointment was that the facility wasn’t open on Sunday and Monday (Mayday bank holiday weekend). I was completing a house sale on 6 May and having access the full weekend before would have been so helpful. I assumed it was and should have checked.
Efficient and friendly, very competent in the organisation beforehand. On the day completed the job smoothly without issues. Would use again.
