John & Rhys called me & confirmed arrival time they were quick & efficient which really helped our move . Called again to let me confirm time at new address they were equally as efficient unloading a couple of requests I had they responded to ever so helpfully . All in all it was a pleasure to meet the lads & so grateful to them it really helped our move . Regards Deborah still

The Removal men were super efficient and somehow managed to get everything safely to my new address. One single breakage which was unimportant. Cheerful demeanour and solid effort to empty 17 Baron Road and move to Thomas Court. Excellent service.

Very polite and efficient on day of move. Provided extra boxes and manpower on the day to keep things running smoothly. Funds transferred a lot later in the day than expected but your team worked on in the evening and completed the job. I won’t forget their kindness and understanding as I was very tired and stressed by then. I could not have asked anything more of them and I will remain extremely grateful.

Arrived slightly after stated arrival time due to wrong address ( common error) but very personable representative Tom apologised and got to work. He did a great job and packed everything as directed. My husband did have to help him load one piece of furniture which Tom would not have been able to do on his own. Something to bear in mind on future jobs as if my husband wasn’t in I would not have been able to help due to back issues.
