A salesman showed up to our door at 8:35PM on a Thursday evening. He knocked on the door before ringing the doorbell. I answered and told him I could not speak because my children were sleeping. He proceeded to try to sell me a deal on pest control and said that several of my neighbors were using his company. I asked for a business card or information pamphlet and he said he didn't have any. First, let me state this is the worst or very worst company we made the unfortunate mistake by picking themto spray our property for ticks and mosquitoes. The major problem i believe they have too many customers with very few qualified employees who understand the product thats being sold, and how its applied the customer properly. The door to door salesman who you speak to makes it sound like a great purchase to sign up for the 2 year contract. You get a $200 dollar discount if you sign today for $184.41 for 4 seasonal treatments. You have to give them a card to do autopay. They email you the receipt with a contract that states you are paying $60/** for 2 years and if you cancel before that.you have to repay the $200 discount AND a cancellation fee of $250. Completely ignored a no solicitation sign in my neighborhood. Asked very politely for the sales person to leave and he said sure with a shot eating grin. ***** rep ******** to go down the block she saying that they would leave.

I will never deal with these people again they themselves do not know whats going on and the technicians that come out are the ones that have to deal with their poor sales people. He gets stuck in the middle trying to sell me more stuff that I didnt need that I didnt request and would not honor the paperwork that we had shown them of the price that was originally agreed-upon. They get zero stars but apparently I have to put one.

I cannot not nor will I give this company any stars (had to to submit review). Ever since we signed up over a year ago we've had nothing but problems. When they are scheduled to come out, they never show. Every time they were scheduled to come out we asked that they call so we could put the dogs away. THEY NEVER CALL. We have ants, huge spiders, wasps, etc. Nothing they have done has helped. They were suppose to come out one day, when called to get an ETA, company stated the tech had already been out. I was upset about how they charged me thousands of dollars to install and set up the sentricon stations (termite prevention) and when I called a year later to cancel they said they will be removing them because they are "leased" this was never made clear and is a complete waste of money. They are easy to get online and install on your own. Don't waste your time with this company!

The contracts are not there to help a customer obviously. So stay a customer. You better not have any issues or discrepancy with this company, cause you are out of luck. If you cancel you will be charged for another month. If you cancel and refuse service you lost 3 months paid and another month (for cancellation processing) and the contracted 150 for terminating early. Thats almost 350 to leave them. I hate how big companies act like they are there for you but s**** you when you dont want them.

My wife signed us up for fox pest control service through a door to door salesman who was very pushy. An appointment was scheduled for a technician to come spray our home and lay out two traps and set a few ant baits. When they finished the work I signed off on it and paid them a little over 300 dollars. What we didn't know was somehow we signed up for a two-year subscription to their services.
