Hi Michelle, Just wanted to let you know someone finally reached out today with regards to the treatment wanted to let you know it was a little too late. I have already taken care of this with another company. Before posting this review I had already tried contacting someone at the company for about 2 weeks with no response or resolution. Only thing the sales reps keeped pushing is the sentri system, for over $1000 per year with the install and monthly fee.

Addendum to initial review: to clarify, the inside of my home was treated once. The first time they came out 7/26, second time, 8/6. All areas listed as treated were not treated. I had to call to get indoors treated and when they came out, they asked me what areas they were supposed to treat? Then I received another receipt for 10/01 and never received service. I wish I could give Fox Pest Control 0 stars. If I were literally swimming in scorpions, fleas and roaches in my home, I still wouldn't use them. Their employees continuously knock at my door and ring the doorbell and are disrespectful when I ask them to leave my property. Today they were so persistent in ringing my doorbell that I assumed it was an emergency and answered and they weren't wearing masks. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! We've been using fox for almost 2 years and have no complaints! Desiree always lets me know when she's here so I can bring our dogs inside! She so great with communication and doing a thorough job, we haven't had an issues since she's been our girl!!!
Would not recommend. I have been just waiting to get out of my one year contract since my first service. The salesman who talked me into signing with them is far from representative of the service they provide. They spend about 5 minutes wiping down cobwebs with a duster and then spray haphazardly, ignoring requests of specific areas. I have never had the same tech twice. Don't waste your time calling these people if you have a bee problem. Even though they advertise (falsely) as being able to take care of bees, they will not. Their advertising, sales, and field people have a severe disconnect problem. Advertising says one thing, their sales and scheduling people don't appear to have a clue what their company really can do. Fox pest control is one of the best pest control businesses in the Midland area. Customer service was very good. My technician Janie Kelly was very thorough and very nice. Overall, a highly professional. I would definitely recommend their services to those that are looking for pest control.
I hired this company to do some pest control on my property. I have chickens so I did not want anything granular put out. I was very explicit in my directions. I was there for the majority of the treatment of my property but I had to run an errand when I came back -granular bait was put out after I explicitly said not to put it on the Property.
